Who You Are:
We are looking for an A&R Coordinator to help oversee and expand opportunities for our roster. The ideal candidate will eat, breathe, and sleep music with a passion for pop, dance, and R&B. This position will not only aid in managing our publishing roster, but will also help find new talent to sign, build new opportunities for our roster, and oversee the management of our recording studio. We're a small company, so this role will have a lot of potential to make impactful industry moves, including building a roster of your own signings. We're looking for a dependable team player who has experience in the music industry and can help take our company to the next level.
This will be a part-time / contract position with 20 hours/ week to start but with plenty of opportunity to grow. Given the part-time nature of this position as well as the entrepreneurial spirit of our company we welcome candidates with other ongoing side hustles.
Remuneration based on experience.
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of music industry experience
- Knowledge of the music publishing world
- Love of all things music
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to be flexible and move with the ever-changing nature of the music industry
