Boutique Television Agency seeks a highly motivated, detailed oriented Coordinator for the TV Lit Department. TV Lit desk at an Agency experience mandatory. Seeking someone who is ready to take that next step. Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge of all aspects of the Television business is a must. Duties include building and maintaining sales grids with up to date and relevant information, tracking and circulating valuable intel. to the department, logging client bookings, and overall administrative support. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and written skills, a robust network of contacts, enterprising and calm under pressure. Hours: 9:30am - 7:00pm, Mon-Fri
Must be interested in building a career in Representation.
1 year minimum of Agency/TV Lit experience required.
