Full Time Job
Our client, a major entertainment company in Los Angeles is excited to add a project Recruiting Coordinator to their team to focus on entry-level and mid-level roles! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of duties including but not limited to drafting job descriptions, creating job postings, reviewing candidate resumes, conducting preliminary phone screens, and partnering with hiring managers on filling their open roles. Ability to work independently and with little guidance is crucial. The right person will have a positive and upbeat personality and the professionalism to speak to employees and candidates of all levels.
Must have:
• 1-2 years of Recruiting or HR experience a must
• Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems
• Basic understanding of recruiting functions
• Knowledge of all related computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and discretion
This is a 4-6 month temporary project based out of Los Angeles and starting immediately. Please send resumes to for consideration.
