Search for Executive Personal and Production Assistant jobs in Orange County-CA
Our clients, a high profile actor and their business manager, are seeking a highly experienced executive personal assistant to support his day to day needs in Orange County. The client is open to someone who lives in Los Angeles, but you will be required to regularly commute to the OC as well as travel heavily to project locations throughout the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and organized individual with previous on-set production experience and superb communication skills. Please note, you will support the actor while on set, up to 3 months at a time. When in LA/OC, you will be supporting both of them on business and daily tasks while running a tight efficient schedule.
They are looking to hire immediately and there is lots of room to get involved.
Ideal Candidate: 3-5+ years of similar executive and/or personal assistant experience supporting a high profile principal in entertainment (on-set and production experience a must!), excellent communications skills with a strong ability to multitask as well as work seamlessly in a fast paced environment. Must have a 24/7 work mentality with the ability to take initiative, always thinking 10 steps ahead, and must be able to travel heavily throughout the year.
Typical Duties: Heavy calendar management, liaison for all professional and personal contacts, assisting with all business partnerships and/or upcoming film projects, booking travel and accommodations, providing on-set assistance, running errands, some house management, and additional tasks as needed while maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion.
Typical Schedule: This is not your typical 9-5, and is expected to be about 50 hours a week. Must have flexible availability. The client is slated to be on set for 3 months at a time several times a year. When this happens, you will be required to travel and be on set with them.
Salary: Up to $100,000 DOE, gas reimbursement, accommodations, and per diem provided when on set
