Entertainment leader is looking for an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant for their Orange County, CA branch. In this role you will be responsible for reception/ front desk, answering phones, light scheduling, stocking office and kitchen supplies, mailing packages, distributing mail, and providing light administrative assistance to executives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of receptionist and administrative assistant experience
• Service oriented and proactive, with a can-do attitude
High level of polish and professionalism
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• College degree preferred (recent college grads welcome!)
