Our client, a global consumer brand and media organization, is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you'll use your operational expertise to ensure the office runs as smoothly as possible: you'll handle phones, supply orders, kitchen restocking, and mail, among other tasks, to ensure that all office needs are met. You'll also spearhead in-office events and assist with departmental projects as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to jumpstart your career and grow with an industry leader in media!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- a minimum one year of office assistant experience [internships ok!]
- thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- a client service oriented attitude, with the proven ability to adjust to shifting priorities
- top notch communicative, collaborative, time management, and project coordination skills
