Full Time Job
Our client, one of the world's leading entertainment companies, has an immediate need for an Office Coordinator in the North Hollywood area. In this role, the office Coordinator /Global Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day office operations such as scheduling, budget management and overall office support.
Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years of administrative experience (internships count too!)
• Experience with ''rolling calls'' and heavy calendaring / scheduling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate entertainment environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bachelor degree preferred
Responsibilities
• Coordinate/maintain scheduling
• Manage budgets
• Set up meetings in - office conference room, ''Office point person'' for mail, parking, IT issues
• Circulate NDAs and MNDAs for external brands and agencies
• Source Production script pages/sizzles - Watermarking
• Source script pages, assets and screeners to Brands
• Expense Submissions
• Book travel, when needed
• Keep Excel Trackers Up-to-Date – (EX. Partnerships and Product Placement $ Values)
• Create One Sheets/Decks for Pitching (depending on the production)
• Keep pitch materials updated
