Our client, a leading media company which works across entertainment, is looking for a Benefits and Payroll Manager to join its team! In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the entire payroll and benefits process: you'll administer all corporate payroll processes and benefits, handle onboarding and off-boarding of staff and updating of personnel records, and serve as point person for all employee concerns regarding benefits and paychecks. You'll also approve payroll, process background checks, perform audits for payroll and benefits, coordinate Leave of Absences, organize wellness events and open enrollment, and other tasks as needed. You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related skill
- a minimum of 3-5 years in human resources and/or payroll [experience within entertainment highly preferred!]
- thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and [Ultipro A must!]
- excellent communicative, collaborative, organizational and administrative skills
