Jr. Art Director, Consumer Electronics, Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Seeking innovative forward thinker, whoisare resourceful, motivated, and passionately committed to their trade. A driven self-starter with top notch organizational skills, strong attention to detail and thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments. Must be articulate, enthusiastic and an ambitious Junior Art Director who is committed to providing support to the Creative team and business leaders within company. You will be responsible for handling business and confidential situations in a discreet and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create original work within the brand tone of voice, with consideration to the end user.
• Bring strong creative output (equally ideating and graphic design), reporting directly to Creative Director.
• Comfortable driving multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines on tight schedules.
• A Jack or Jill of all trades covering; graphic ideation, strategy, event design, influencer marketing, digital advertising, strong typographic skills
• Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• Strong Portfolio: you demonstrate originality, innovation and a multi-disciplinary thinking through your work.
• Big Idea Thinker: you go beyond the execution or tactical tasks and come up with campaignable thoughts that work across all media.
• Versatile: you are a strong art director with design pedigree that can work in film, print, web and social. Consistently demonstrating problem-solving skills with a hungry-go-getter attitude.
• Entrepreneurial: you take initiative and proactively come to the table with new ideas to push forward the creative work and develop the client relationship.
• Team Player: you are positive, collaborative and a contagious spirit, who works well with others.
• Production Savvy: you know how to work within budgetary constraints and have experience working with photographers, directors, and vendors.
• Time Management: you can manage your time, hit deadlines and be on time for meetings while juggling multiple projects.
• Cultural Player: you contribute to the culture of the agency and take part in activities that foster the agency spirit.
• Output ability: Fully versed in all Adobe Creative Suite programs, hand drawing, and some sculptural building abilities.
