Our client, a large and established entertainment company, has an immediate need for an I.T. Help Desk Analyst to support their employee's technology needs. In this role the Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for combining their technical help desk expertise with exemplary customer service. Duties include providing phone support for desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, and wi-fi for employees at all levels, documentation of all incidents in their ticketing system, and bridging the gap to explain technology to non-technical employees.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume, technical, help desk capacity
• Mac and PC proficient, experience with iOS and Android platforms
• Experience troubleshooting current versions of all Microsoft Office programs
• Proficient with supporting Voice Over IP phone systems, preferably Cisco Call Manager
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exemplary customer service skills, ability to communicate with employees at all levels, and experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality
• Experience using an advanced ticketing system to document all incidents, requests, escalations, and resolutions (ServiceNow proficiency preferred)
