FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR FILM TV
Century City, CA
The first point of contact of the company
• Meet and greet visitors and guests
• Answer heavy phones
• Receive and sort all mail, packages and deliveries
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings
• Handle building and facility issues
• Stock and maintain kitchen
• Will be assigned project work from film and television departments

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Discretionary year-end bonus
