Entertainment company in West Los Angeles is seeking a sharp Executive Assistant who is incredibly poised, meticulous, and efficient to support top attorney.
Hiring Manager looking for the consummate professional who will serve as a strong gatekeeper and maintain the utmost discretion at all times.
Candidates must have 3+ years of administrative support experience within a law firm, business affairs department, or similar environment.
Duties will include:
-Prioritizing and scheduling heavy calls, meetings, and appointments
-Booking global travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries
-Organizing and submitting expense reports
-Taking and disseminating meeting notes
-Preparing memos and correspondence
-Reviewing, drafting, and redlining contracts
In addition to legal experience, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, superb communication skills, and a desire to be an Executive Assistant long-term.
