We are currently seeking an experienced and polished career executive assistant to support two SVPs of music company based on the Westside. This is a traditional support role and requires a high level of professionalism and discretion as you will be handling a high volume of confidential information. Ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience as an EA supporting high- level executives, preferably in the entertainment sector. Experience working for multiple executives at once is also preferred, but not mandatory. We are seeking a professional who understands the ins and outs of being in an entertainment corporate support role who won't need much training and can instantly hit the ground running. Must be a go-getter and extremely assertive.
Duties are (but not limited to):
Day-to-day correspondence and schedule management
Calendar management
Booking extensive travel arrangements (both SVPs travel frequently)
Scheduling and prepping for meetings
Preparing presentations and expense reports
Client interaction
Schedule:
M-F: 9-6pm, with flexibility with OT as needed. There is no travel involved in the role.
Compensation:
$50-65k DOE + benefits
