Our client, a leading large scale live entertainment & event production company, is looking for a savvy and experienced Coordinator to join their team! In this dynamic role, you'll split your time between sponsorship and operational duties and responsibilities: you'll assist with the execution of all partner activations, including managing deadlines and logistics, initial orders, change orders, and final billing. Additionally, you'll also work with all vendors to collect, verify, and submit certificates of insurance, credential application, heavy equipment requests, parking needs, and more. You'll also serve as the point person for the administrative management of all final documentation. You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- a minimum 3-5 years experience in corporate or experiential events, with proven logistics management, trade show, and/or sponsor experience [experience in entertainment preferred]
- thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite [experience with Filemaker Pro a plus!]
- excellent communicative, collaborative, organizational, time management, and project management skills, with an entrepreneurial approach
- open availability, with no vacations planned between October 2018 and February 2019
This is a five month contract role in the Los Angeles, CA area, with travel required during the latter half of the contract, and compensation around $20-21/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
