Solid, well established Commercial Talent Agency seeking a team player with Entertainment industry experience and ideally some accounting knowledge to provide support to Voice Over department. This role could offer great opportunity for advancement within the department for the right candidate.
Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Contract Coordinator
1 - 2 years of Entertainment industry experience required
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Send, receive and maintain work contracts for talent from buyers
• Send confidential documents including payroll information it discretion
• Update company database with contract and tax documents
• Interface constantly via with agents, talent and buyers
SKILL SET/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
• Must be well organized
• Pay close attention to the details
• Create systems; strong follow through so nothing slips through cracks
• Self-starter
• Excels when multi taking, meeting deadlines in fast paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Word. Excel and Outlook
• Able to prioritize urgent issues effectively and manage them proactively
• MUST have 1 to 2 years Entertainment industry experience minimum.
• Experience with Accounting or Business experience from Entertainment company (studio, agency, union, production company, etc.) strongly preferred.
