Our client, a leading consumer product organization, is looking for a Coordinator to join their Brand Marketing team! In this role, you'll liaise with global contacts to execute internal events and meetings: you'll provide assistance with event coordination, manage the hiring of third party vendors, process invoices, and manage the attendee list. You'll also provide executive level administrative support to the department head, including presentation and content preparation and agendas, along with other ad hoc duties as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills with a global leader in consumer brands!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- experiencing providing administrative support to a high level executive, including calendar management [internships ok!]
- experience coordinating large events and meetings
- thorough knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Powerpoint, and Concur
- proven time management, communicative, collaborative, and project management skills
This is a five month contract opportunity in the Santa Monica area of Los Angeles, CA, with compensation around $24-28/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
