Company Description:
TV Host and Content Creator seeking a full-time assistant to help with administrative and some personal tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is discrete, a self-starter, has a positive ''can do'' attitude and is extremely organized.
This position is a hybrid role and will require travel to the creator's home office is Santa Clarita.
Responsibilities:
Creating meeting notes & sending out notifications for the Company.
Keeping our projects up to date and updating management on status.
Maintaining contact info database.
Assist on scheduling logistics for the company, including flights,
hotel, grounds, shoot details, event details, seeking call sheets,
creating itineraries, etc.
Compiling social media assets for the Management team.
Tracking emails for the Company.
Ability to capture, edit, and post photography, video, and audio from
a variety of sources.
Qualifications:
Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must because of the high volume of emails, calls, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with a variety of high profile individuals and their entire professional teams.
Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Photoshop or
similar programs.
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and be comfortable
working from a home office.
Understanding of the world of video and photography including the ability to capture, edit, design assets for posting across the web is a plus
Strong command of the major social media platforms.
