Our client, a global entertainment non-profit, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team! In this exciting role, you'll provide support and service to the organization's members worldwide: you'll review and respond to inquiries, process new membership enrollments and existing membership renewals, report data on member events, collect member feedback, and manage event attendee lists/registration and email lists, among other duties. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with an industry leader!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree (degrees in Communication or Marketing a plus!)
- a minimum 1-2 years in a customer or client facing role, with experience in database management and data entry (experience within a non-profit highly preferred!)
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- top notch communicative, collaborative, time management, and organizational skills, with a proven attention to detail
- familiarity with FileMaker Pro, Survey Monkey, Constant Contact and Eventbrite a plus!
This is an ongoing temporary project, which will be remote until further notice, with compensation of $17-20/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
