Full Time Job
The Comedy Central Digital Studios department is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support and handle the day-to-day operations for the SVP.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed understanding of Comedy Central Digital’s mission, goals and initiatives
• Assist SVP of Digital with phones, calendar, travel and expenses
• Coordinate digital team reports & team meetings
• Coordinate deliverables for presentations
• Draft memos
• Prepare expense reports
• Maintain performance trackers
• Drafting and maintaining team communications
• General knowledge of Comedy and Digital trends
Basic Qualifications
• 1-3 years of administrative experience
• General understanding of digital platforms YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) PowerPoint and Google Docs
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
