COORDINATOR, BRAND MARKETING (PROJECT BASED/FREELANCE), Los Angeles, CA
The Brand Marketing Dept. Coordinator (Project Based) will provide administrative support for Comedy Central's NY & LA-based Brand Marketing teams in addition to assisting with media plan development, execution, and reporting for original series & specials.
Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have a general understanding and passion for marketing and the entertainment industry. Candidates must also possess excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.

Job Description
Support Brand Marketing team in planning and execution of paid media campaigns across TV, Digital, OOH, Audio, Print
Assist in creating and updating campaign planning and recap documents (one-sheets, decks, flowcharts, etc.)
Attend internal and external meetings and own meeting notes, next steps and their distribution
Responsible for overall Shared Drive maintenance, collecting and saving reference documents as well as their distribution
Assist with scheduling, conference room reservations, VC setup, guest registration, etc.
Assist with Media invoicing and T&E reconciliation process
Gather and distribute materials, documents and information to internal teams
Serve as liaison to other departments/assistants on all relevant needs and issues
Provide general department administrative support
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (in Marketing or Business preferred)
1-2 years of experience in media or marketing, preferably in TV/entertainment (can include intern experience)
Well versed in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, specifically: Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
Excellent proactive problem-solving skills. Must be resourceful
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized, and efficient time-management skills
Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast moving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work overtime with short notice
Excellent people skills
Great sense of humor!
