Producer / Editor Rockiesvision
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for editing video packages, for the purposes of In-Game Entertainment, Corporate Partnerships, Social Media, and other internal departments. Additionally, on gamedays, this person will be preparing, and quality controlling, game and sponsor data and video.
• Create all aspects of video production including, but not limited to: scripting, producing, editing, compositing graphics, graphic design, and motion graphics.
• Create daily In-Game Entertainment or Social Media short-form videos.
• Distribute finalized digital copies delivery of videos to MLBAM, YouTube, clients, vendors, distributors or internal Colorado Rockies departments within as required.
• Assist in filming, lighting, staging, and gaffing video field productions.
• Take ownership of video production process from script to final delivery.
• Prepare the Coors Field Control Room for gameday, by downloading data from external servers and quality controlling all data, videos and graphics before game time.
• Perform the gameday crew roles of ''Director'', ''Technical-Director'' or other gameday crew positions for Rockies home games.
• Programming Control System (Dashboards) for use in gameday and events.
• Ingest and assist in maintaining online video library.
• Write, and communicate ideas for sponsored in-game features to Corporate Partnerships to gain more sponsorships.
• Effectively communicate and work diligently as an effective team member.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in video production, or related field.
• 2 years professional video production experience.
• 2 years Live Entertainment or Studio Production experience.
• Avid Media Composer experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Ross Xpression, Dashboard and Acuity experience.
• Basic knowledge of coding including Visual Basic, XML, JavaScript.
WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
Hours generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, with some longer hours or weekend work as needed.
SALARY RANGE:
Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000 per year. This is a regular status, full-time position eligible for all company benefits.
