Coast to Coast Talent seeks an assistant to work within its Adult Commercial Department. The ideal candidates should have at least one year of talent agency or management experience and must be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented, and computer savvy. Must be able to multi-task, handle heavy call volume, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This is a fast-paced and hands-on position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a busy calendar
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain client database
- Manage meetings and auditions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of agency experience
- Understanding of talent representation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
