• You'll also research and write distinctive, high-impact stories on race, ethnicity and inclusion.
• You'll identify and shape story ideas and angles around major national developments, writing on everything from neglected communities of color in a hurricane's aftermath to how gender and race are being taught in American classrooms.

• CNN's writers are skillful and swift. They turn in clean, crisp copy on the first draft.
• You must care deeply about accuracy, urgency and integrity and in maintaining and growing the trust CNN has with audiences worldwide.
• This person knows how to write briefly when needed but can also handle high-concept stories off the news.
• This person must be skilled at finding ways to cover the news of the day in distinctive ways that resonate with audiences.
• You'll work collaboratively with editors, writers and other journalists around CNN to cover all things race and equality for a global audience.

& Experience…
