The Team
Our team of product managers, engineers, editors, designers, project managers, and business analysts collaborate closely to create value for our consumers and business around the globe. We do this by creating capabilities that enable us to deliver and tell stories in creative and innovative ways. Together - we engage, inform and inspire the world through best in class storytelling.
The Job
• You will help inform and create a center of excellence in user testing.
• You will come away with a deeper understanding of digital product development.
• You will learn the OKR framework (objectives and key results).
• You will get the opportunity to present consumer and business findings to our leadership team.
The Daily
• Apply your knowledge of user testing to assist product and design teams experiment with user work flows.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and record feedback.
• Analyze user feedback to distill common threads and themes.
• Participate in strategic discussions and roadmap planning.
The Essentials
• 1 year experience (or equivalent) with user testing or research.
• Analytical mindset
• Foundational understanding of digital product development
• Graduate level desired
• Passionate about exploring opportunities at the intersection of media & technology.

Summer 2020 program dates are June 1st through August 7th. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
