Full Time Paid Internship
The Team
The Video Operations intern will assist with metadata gathering/input, video equipment management, and video workflow improvements.
The Job
This internship position will be an opportunity to learn a wide range of skills over the course of the program.
The Daily
• Work with Media Ops team to build/improve CNN's Digital Video libraries
• Help manage video production gear and studio productions
• Carry out Post-Production processes, including but not limited to:
• Project Management
• Metadata input
• Archival organization
• Assist in the general organization of the office to ensure productions can happen seamlessly.
The Essentials
• Candidates should be passionate about news, familiar with excel, self-motivated, able to multitask, have a good attitude, and be able to function well in fast paced, high volume environment.

Summer 2020 program dates are June 1st through August 7th. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
