The Job
• Listening, learning, exploring!
• By using our Business Intelligence tools, you will be constructing and presenting insights for audience patterns and trends.
• You will be tasked with daily, weekly, and historical revenue reports for CNN's major-platforms, Core Apps, and on-site data where you will make proposals for business decisions.
• Construct a social media strategic analysis from a user and industry perspective to optimize potential business strategies.
• Create new and thorough documentation of processes or user guides for various tools and platforms.
• Troubleshooting any backend technical or compliance issues that arise with our third-party partners.
• You will be given a semester-long assignment that you and other interns will complete in the duration of your internship.
• You will have a solid understanding of a digital media business and its working parts.

Internship dates are January 21, 2020 – May 8, 2020. All interns are expected to work 20 hours per week and paid competitively based on location (relocation is not provided). Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students. Candidates must be qualified and available to work at the time the application is submitted. Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
