Scoreboard Operator - Cleveland Indians & Cincinnati Reds Spring Training
Goodyear Ballpark is the spring training and player development home of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds
The Scoreboard Operator maintains and displays accurate scores of spring training games at Goodyear Ballpark through the Daktronics scoreboard system. Duties include keeping track of hits, runs, balls, strikes, outs, player changes, etc. and monitoring the progress of the game.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating electronic scoreboard equipment, specifically for baseball, in a professional sports venue. Must have detailed knowledge of scoring, good customer service and communication, a positive attitude and the ability to keep focused on the game progress.
Must be available the majority of the season, which runs from February 23 - March 24, including days/nights/weekends. A training game will be on February 18. Pay rate is $50-65 per game, depending on experience.
