Top tier management/production company is looking to hire a full time assistant in the talent department. Clients include both star and developmental actors, plus some high level writers and directors. Typical assistant duties will be expected including rolling calls and maintaining phone sheets, extensive scheduling for both the managers and the clients, some light accounting work, pulling footage and assembling demo reels, and organizing travel. Ideal candidate should be interested in working with actors, excited to read and report on scripts, comfortable interfacing with high profile clients directly, and able to multi-task. This is not a starter desk, so applicants must have at least 1 year of experience at an agency, management company or PR firm.
