Full Time Job
Circle 8 Productions is seeking a motivated and organized Production Coordinator to oversee one of our new lifestyle television shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role
- Familiarity with lifestyle or reality style formats and production
- A self-starter who is proactive and needs little to no direction
- Alternatively, can work effectively within a team
- Excellent communication and client-facing/customer service skills
- Stamina, persistence, enthusiasm, motivation and a proactive manner
- The ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure
- Sound administrative and organizational skills
- Must be computer literate and well-versed in Google Suite (docs, sheets, and drive).
- Possess the ability to prioritize and cope with last-minute changes
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination and scheduling of all shoots
- Work with crew and writer to ensure creative is executive to client specifications
- Liaise between clients and post-production team on editing notes and feedback
- Help to set up the production office with the necessary supplies/equipment
- Organize travel/accommodation arrangements for cast, crew and production executives from time to time
- Type and distribute schedules, or call sheets
- Deal with accounts and expenses
- Sort out inquiries and paperwork (Location Releases, Appearance Releases, Crew agreements, etc.)
- Set up relevant insurance coverage and location permits when applicable
