Intern duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assisting senior and junior publicists with administrative docs, including theatrical status reports, press day wraps, RSVP documents, screening requests, critic's grids, and wrap reports.
· Helping the Breaks team monitor press coverage of our titles in major publications, compiling and organizing coverage for clients.
· Thorough, out of the box research for campaigns and press targets.
· Awards research and tracking awards campaigns (AMPAS, BAFTA, NYFCC, etc.) for several awards caliber titles.
· Candidates MUST feel confident that they'll be able to familiarize themselves with our titles and clients.
· Interns will have the opportunity to learn about PR directly from publicists through weekly break out meetings and collaboration on tasks/projects
· Opportunity to attend press screenings and events to help junior and senior publicists on the ground.

Hours/Wage: We require a minimum time commitment of 2 days per week, generally during the hours of 10:00am-6:00pm for $15/hr. This internship term is September 7 2021 - December 17 2021
