Film PR and Marketing Company looking for a Publicity Coordinator to join our team. Our agency has worked on many of the top commercial, independent, international and nonfiction films of the last several years, including both box office hits, and high-profile Academy Award winners. Ideal candidates will be self-starters and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Monitoring publications & websites for press pieces on our films and series, and distributing press breaks to clients.
• Assisting junior staff with facilitating logistics for press screenings, festival screenings, premieres, theater Q&As and other events.
• Preparing email blasts and keeping RSVP lists for screenings and events.
• Assisting junior publicists and publicists with preparing administrative documents for clients, such as status reports, press day wraps, and festival wrap reports.
• Special projects as directed including conducting thorough, out of the box research for publicity, marketing and awards campaigns.
