Part Time Unpaid Internship
Department: Baseball Operations
Job Title: Greeneville Reds Operations Intern
Reports To: Coordinator of Baseball Administration
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of player per diem for road trips which will require constant contact with Reds' front office.
• Responsible for working with Reds' front office to maintain adequate amounts of petty cash for operations and provide periodic reconciliation of those funds.
• Manage travel reimbursements to players when roster moves are made.
• Assist players with travel logistics when roster moves are made.
• Communicate player travel itineraries to Reds' front office and receiving club via email.
• Prepare rooming lists for road games and communicate those to hotels for all road trips.
• Scheduling of buses for road trips.
• Coordinate the completion of new player paperwork as necessary.
• Clubhouse duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Conversational in Spanish preferred, but not required.
Work Environment:
• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment; however, employee may have responsibilities where the employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
• Must have an available schedule that will allow the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays from June 2020 through September 2020.

• Performs duties as workload necessitates.
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Meet Department productivity standards.
