Touring VIP Program Coordinator
CID is seeking a candidate with tour management experience to execute and manage the VIP Program for a 52-week arena scale theatrical tour. This is a road position. The candidate will be responsible for activating and maintaining the integrity of a large VIP program with a variety of technical and logistical pieces. The candidate will represent CID Entertainment as the primary onsite contact for tour management, venue personnel, vendors, and above all VIP customers.
Start date: Mid-June -- initial commitment is a year, with long term potential. Compensation: Competitive weekly salary
NOTE: Candidates must have valid passport and no border issues.
On Tour Responsibilities:
Lead CID Representative, point of contact for venue, production, vendors, and customers
Assist with advancing the VIP program on a venue-by-venue basis
Ensure all program elements are set up, run efficiently and broken down according to plan
Communicating and Coordinating seamlessly with Tour Management/Production on daily basis
Coordinate, train, and manage local staff
Manage merchandise inventory/distribution
Wardrobe upkeep
Responsible for all accounting/per diem/receipts
Assist in settling the VIP Program on a weekly basis
Handle all on-site customer service issues and follow up
Daily show recaps to be sent to CID office
Qualities/Skills Required:
Previous Tour Management experience required
Previous Tour Accounting experience preferred
Working knowledge of major tour and venue operations a must
Must understand the dynamics of and work well with children/families
Must be technically minded and able to troubleshoot computer/printer technology
Ability to think on feet, and maintain order in an ever-changing environment
Must pass criminal background check
Road Commitment: We are ideally looking for someone to commit for a year-long contract. Days off, vacation, and holidays TBD.

This is a leadership position, and the right person will be incredibly organized, proactive, and be able to manage a large staff. Professionalism and presentation are a must, as the candidate will not only heavily interact with production staff, but with the public as well.
