Tour Marketing Coordinator

CID Entertainment is seeking a full-time marketing professional to handle both traditional and grassroots marketing efforts for the VIP portion of an arena-scale, national family entertainment tour. Previous tour marketing experience is strongly preferred, along with a firm grasp of street marketing, grassroots efforts, digital marketing, local blog outreach, etc. No travel required.
The possibility exists to extend this position to include our many touring operations, including partner programs with major multi-genre recording artists, national theatre tours, and other touring events. CID Entertainment programs run in a variety of Stadium, Arena, Theatre, and Club-size venues year-round.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities for
national and regionally touring programs
Coordination of Radio / Venue / Print promotions
Conduct market research to determine market requirements
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for Arena Tour
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy
Liaison with media and advertising
Incorporate social media

Experience / Skills Required:
5+ years relevant marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer / Internet savvy
Knowledge of social media platforms
Possess strong research skills
Have strong work ethic
Be able to manage time wisely
