The Churchill Ripley Group (CRG) is an international management consulting firm specializing in growth. CRG seeks an Assistant to support live entertainment and content creation for a major client in the Middle East. Assistant will work with the CEO to manage the account and will work with major studios, agencies and production companies looking to expand into this market. Work will require functioning between international time zones and may require travel.
The firm's partners formerly worked at CAA, DreamWorks and JP Morgan Chase. Assistant will have the opportunity for promotion within 18-24 months.

Job Title: Executive / Personal Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, California
Job Description:
The Assistant will be exposed to a dynamic professional environment, an entrepreneurial culture and will be part of a fast-growing company. Specific responsibilities include:
• Supporting the CEO team with a wide range of administrative responsibilities
• Managing calendar(s) including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with professionals from other companies
• Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests
• Completing detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts
• Tracking and processing invoices; ensure invoices go through outlined internal approval procedures
• Entering and maintaining contacts in a proprietary database and other company platforms
• Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels and other reservations (working between multiple global time zones)
• Creating and/or proofing memos and other forms of external correspondence
• Maintaining and organizing electronic files in Dropbox
• Maintaining and distributing an executive travel calendar
• Entering monthly investor data into proprietary tracking system
• Working on various ad-hoc projects including event planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of talent agency or management company experience
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of professional experience preferred
• Thrives in a high-pressure environment
• Experience interacting with executives in the finance, or technology industries
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team player - energetic, enthusiastic and personable
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize completing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
• Experience with coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint and Excel)
• Interest in being a part of a fast-growing company
• Ideal but not required to be multilingual (Spanish and/or Arabic)
