Coordinator - Sync & Licensing (Fully Remote)

In addition to assisting the Creative Director on the day-to-day internal company duties, the
Coordinator of Sync & Licensing will work closely with composers and clients on various creative
and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Send music tracks to clients and provide copyright and licensing information as needed
• Develop music catalog by contacting new and existing composers with briefs and feedback
• Perform music searches based on client briefs
• Fill out client licensing forms
• Register new music with Performance Rights Organizations
• Tag metadata on new music files
• Post placements and maintain social media sites
• Create email blasts and maintain contacts through Mailchimp
• Maintain Source Audio site
• Work with new and future international sub-publishers. Deliver them music files and metadata
with each new release and oversee collection of royalties
• Communicate with accountants when needed
• Network with Music Supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS preferred
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of music publishing and licensing
• Organized
• Social with good communication skills
• Good at problem-solving
• Have a love for music
