Overview & Responsibilities:
The CBS Research & Analytics team plays an integral role in informing, measuring and predicting the success of our industry-leading content seen by millions of viewers each day. Our world class team is dedicated to understanding and improving the performance of our programming, marketing and business overall through a 360° view of audience measurement, analytics, viewer research, marketing insights, program testing and social media measurement.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the CBS Research & Analytics department as a Content Research Vice President.

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Lead CBS network and studio creative testing, including pilots, concepts, promos, and key art
• Spearhead content landscape analytics to inform programming strategy by building consumer demand segments
• Oversee all aspects of creative testing from innovative project design, fielding, analysis, and reporting
• Help build a world-class research team by developing our researchers’ creative testing skills, report writing, and backroom presence
• Be a trusted partner to CBS Current and Development teams by having a deep knowledge of TV, empathetically communicating results, and providing constructive insights based on consumer feedback
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (ratings, content testing, social, panel, etc.) for deep analysis of program performance and recommendations
• Manage vendor relationships
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10 years of market research experience or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience with online survey software (Qualtrics, Decipher, Survey Monkey or similar)
Additional Qualifications:
• Expertise in questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and crafting tabulation plans
• Experience in media
