Overview:
We are excited for a Marketing Coordinator to join the CBS Marketing team! This role will provide coordination and project support to the President/Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff of CBS Marketing, in turn supporting the entire CBS Marketing organization. Key areas of impact include elevating team culture, improving internal communications, and maintenance of shared platforms and information hubs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the President/Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff with implementing and coordinating a broad range of projects that improve culture and wellbeing
• Coordinate initiatives to enhance information flow and communication between the President/CMO, the Senior Leadership team and wider org including in-person events, presentations and MailChimp emails.
• Maintain and update shared services, platforms and hubs to ensure information is always current and accessible
• Create efficiencies in process for how Chief of Staff supports the team and disseminates updates
• Coordinate initiatives such as ‘Launch Plans’ for onboarding new hires
• Support on ways to elevate hybrid working and office relocations
• Handle agendas, record notes, and collect action items and follow up with attendees to ensure completion of tasks.
• Extend support to other CBS Marketing team leads and projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of one years’ experience as an assistant within a Marketing Department or supporting senior level executive(s) within the media or tech industry.
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to win trust and have positive relationships with all levels of team members
• Operate with discretion and exercise good judgment when handling confidential information.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, work well under pressure, and possess, etc.
• Able to be proactive, problem solve, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
• Possess high level of proficiency with Windows/Apple operating systems and MS Office Suite.
• Extensive knowledge with PowerPoint a bonus: being able to take a template and create a presentable deck.
• Experience handling multiple projects
