Full Time Paid Internship
CBS Eye Max is a cross-platform innovation and integrations group that focuses on branded entertainment partnerships and synergies across all (non-sports) CBS Network dayparts. The group works with advertisers to amplify their brand through scripted integrations, media partnerships, and custom innovations utilizing CBS programming in fresh and interesting ways.
CBS Eye Max is seeking two (2) paid Summer 2019 interns. The interns will assist in the day-to-day product integration selling/execution efforts across all non-sports CBS Network dayparts (Primetime, Late Night, News, and Daytime). The position will provide an opportunity to work with various departments throughout the company and get a firsthand experience to ideate and develop partnership programs. The ideal candidates will have a passion not only for the television industry, but also for advertising and the integration of advertisers in entertainment content.
Responsibilities
include:
• Attend RFP (request for proposal) brainstorms for advertisers
• Assist in writing proposals for clients
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Help traffic marketing materials (i.e. video links, logos, etc.) to production and clients
• Help track integrations on competitive channels
• Sit in on integration conference calls with potential clients, current clients and production
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Must be a current college student (rising junior or above)
• 3.0 GPA or above
• Interest in the Broadcast TV/Entertainment Industry/Ad Sales/Marketing
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Superior attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week, for 8 weeks (June 10th-August 2nd)
