Full Time Paid Internship
CBS Marketing is looking for bright, multitasking, dynamic and self-motivated interns to support the execution and development of multi-media marketing campaigns and brand marketing programs and tactics for a wide variety of original TV programs, series and specials. In this role, interns will get hands-on experience working with a team of marketing strategists to gather materials, facilitate collaboration with internal and external teams and vendors, and provide support where needed for tasks like target audience development, positioning strategies, competitive research, and campaign executions.
• Support execution and tracking of brand, content, and strategic planning activities and programs
• Gather, organize, and track down materials (research, creative materials) to help the team define strategic marketing approaches and architect campaigns
• Provide executional support (e.g. asset deliveries, QC, in-person attendance, etc.) of cross-channel campaign activities as needed.
Qualifications:
• Must be a full-time enrolled college student throughout the duration of the internship.
• Bachelor's degree (in-progress) is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and team focus.
• Detailed planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Positive, proactive, and able to exercise good judgement and common sense.
• Creative problem-solver.
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Previous work experience in the entertainment industry and/or marketing function a plus.
