Responsibilities:
• Will be supporting two executives in the Business Affairs department
• Heavy drafting of legal contracts
• Interface regularly with senior executives including external partners and clients critical to the development process (e.g. talent agents, producers, content distribution companies) and their assistants, providing information as needed
• Provide phone coverage and support other projects related to the office
• Prepare expense reports
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, presentations, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Additional Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
• Strong execution and organization skills that enable you to prioritize and execute multiple priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong social, written and communication skills to work with various networks, departments, and levels of management
• Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter with excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to anticipate and accurately resolve administrative issues/problems sometimes without relying on senior executives input or direction
