Full Time Paid Internship
We are currently recruiting an ''International Operations Intern'' to join our International Production team based at our EMEA Headquarters in Amsterdam.

The International Operations Intern will primarily support the International Operations team in a broad range of areas and as well, on ad hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
of the department
• Servicing international clients with broadcast materials in the most timely and cost effective way
• Placing material orders to the detailed technical specifications of each client
• Providing general & specific product information both internally and externally
• Keeping abreast of new digital technology
• Liaising with clients regarding their delivery requirements and specifications, ensuring we fulfil all needs where possible (working closely with the LA and NY based technical teams)
• Supplying broadcast support materials (scripts, cue sheets, synopses, closed captions, running orders and screeners)
• Coordinating the return of broadcast materials as required
• Retrieving foreign language dubbing and subtitles created by clients.
• Managing delivery of materials prior to US air in a secure manner.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Handling material rejections.
• Providing delivery estimates for current orders, and managing client expectations.
• Creating access letters.
• Liaising with the Sales Administration team to track the status of deals.
• Identifying appropriate source materials, held in LA or New York, and submitting purchase orders for delivery to clients.
• Managing the process of dubbing current shows into foreign languages.

• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be fluent in English

About the team
• The team currently consists of 3 International Project Managers, 2 based in Amsterdam and 1 based in our London office.
• The team is managed by the Senior Vice President International Operations who has extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry and is based in Los Angeles
