The Investigative Broadcast Associate provides administrative and production assistance to the CBS News Investigative Unit. The position requires multi-tasking, assisting producer teams in preparing for shoots, including assembling research binders, printing questions, and anticipating production needs, helping to gather and clear archival material from CBS and third-party sources, screening, and logging footage. This person also assists with writing digital reports to accompany broadcast and streaming reports.
Hours: Monday â€'' Friday, standard business hours
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends, as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience as an administrative assistant with a background in journalism
• Able to able to work under deadline in a fast-paced environment
