Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Product Development, you'll have the opportunity to work with all of senior management to learn what makes their departments tick and - most importantly - how they measure success. Beyond the personal interviews, job shadowing and data analysis, you will compile your learnings and present your findings. You will be responsible for bringing a company-wide dashboard of KPIs to life that will allow us to closely monitor the health of our business by utilizing timely, relevant information from a variety of sources. In addition to determining how to best connect the data to the dashboard, you'll be able to exercise some creative liberties in selecting appropriate chart types, color layouts, and more. You'll get to truly own this project from top to bottom.
