Full Time Paid Internship
Description:
The Experiential Marketing Intern will be a part of the CBSi Marketing team. The intern will be working alongside a dynamic group of marketers who work on a robust schedule of experiential brand activations and brand marketing strategies. The intern will support the team in a broad range of event tactics including venue and industry research, working with vendors, assisting with budgets and contracts, administrative work and much more.
What You'll Be Doing:
• General Administrative Duties such as: creating Excel grids, data entry, meeting notes, gathering receipts, running errands
• Help execute event tactics to reach our goals and assist with post event analysis (social media campaigns, partnering with production vendors, analyzing contracts, defining KPI's, measuring engagement, and integrating sponsors).
• Venue, market and promotional product research, scouting and ideation
• Opportunity to assist with creation of sales hospitality processes/templates
• Spring Event Roster:
• CES, Grammy's, Mobile World Congress, Masters
• Prep work for summer events like E3, Cannes Lions, Comic-Con
Logistics:
• Time commitment: part-time, 20 hours per week during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) but times may vary per team
• This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Positive, open-minded, creative and curious
• Proficient at using the Google Suite
Additional Requirements:
• Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Must be at least 18 years old
