Associate Marketing Manager, Media Strategy, ViacomCBS Streaming
Paramount , the streaming service from ViacomCBS, has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the Media Strategy team. In this role, the Associate Marketing Manager will help plan and execute full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness and growth of the product.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Working in cross-functional teams to strategize and execute awareness campaigns across online and offline marketing channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display, TV, Audio, Outdoor, and more.
• Partnering with internal and external media teams to plan and optimize spend across digital media channels and other initiatives, ensuring that marketing goals are met
• Analyzing the results of media tests to inform recommendations for future optimizations across paid channels (variables include offers, copy, targeting and segmentation, and creative messaging, etc.)
• Reviewing reporting of marketing campaigns to continuously make optimizations and improve strategies for future initiatives
• Advocating for data-driven decision making that leverages information from multiple data sources such first-party tech stacks and third-party partner resources
• Exploring new channels and partners on an ongoing basis for potential marketing opportunities
Key Projects:
• Support paid media campaigns for tentpole events and core priorities, assisting with the optimization and streamlining of tracking/reporting
• Manage campaigns from development to execution to ensure timely and precise campaign launches
• Develop and maintain trackers to inform internal stakeholders of campaign flighting across partners and ad products
• Share performance reports/recaps and other learnings with the greater team, inclusive of key findings and recommendations that would help drive growth
• Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, vendors, and other marketing stakeholders to implement best practices across paid media tactics while staying true to the Paramount brand
• Ensure campaigns are maximizing return on ad spend by comparing performance against key indicators and benchmarks, focusing on finding and driving high quality Paramount subscribers
• Map out customer journeys and media touch points across devices and platforms
• Assist in overseeing Paramount marketing budget, invoice tracking, and monthly reconciliation process
QUALIFICATIONS:
What you bring to the team:
You have -
• A Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience working in a marketing environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships
• A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results to make them more actionable
• Ability multi-task and adapt to a challenging fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
You might also have -
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce
• Understanding and experience with AB/MVT testing
• Strong interest in entertainment content, sports, and live events
• Prior experience at an ad agency
