WDJT-TV CBS 58 for Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin News is searching for an experienced Weekend Anchor/Reporter. Join our growing news team in a dynamic, inclusive, fast-paced newsroom where we bring our viewers the best in quality news, prime, entertainment and sports!
The ideal candidate must have proven anchoring and reporting skills with strong writing and solid news judgment, the ability to collaborate with producers and reporters, and excel as a newsroom leader balancing both reporting and anchoring. This role is responsible for preparing and delivering accurate news reports for weekend newscasts, generate, research and report compelling content for multiple platforms during the week, produce general assignments reports, contribute to our website and social media platforms, and interact with producers and news management on story updates, breaking news, and long-term projects. Must have reporting and anchoring experience, be flexible in scheduling and have a valid driver's license.
