Bilingual News Producer
CBS-58 and Telemundo Wisconsin seek an experienced Bilingual News Producer to complement our news team. Responsibilities are primarily reporting and producing an 11 am newscast, but may include acting as a Multi-Media Journalist for daily assignments. This job requires a self-starter with good news judgment, strong writing and producing ability.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written Spanish language skills required.
Must have a minimum of two years, news experience in shooting and reporting, including gathering content, editing, and running live shots.
Must have strong live skills and the ability to research, write, shoot, and edit daily news stories under deadline pressure.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Investigative reporting a plus.
Knowledge and demonstration of creativity, editorial judgment, journalistic ethics and libel laws.
