Customer Service Representative

Casting Networks Inc has been providing cutting edge technology solutions for Casting Directors, Agencies and Talent since 2001. We are currently seeking an addition to the Client Relations division of our New York office. The Client Relations team manages sales and support for Casting Directors and Talent Agents throughout the East Coast.

Casting Networks Inc. is looking for a FULL TIME Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Be upbeat, personable and enthusiastic
• Have excellent computer skills in both Mac and PC platforms
• Bring a “Can Do” attitude to their job responsibilities and take pride in their work
• Be eager and willing to quickly resolve issues as they arise
• Be approachable and communicate with specificity

• Be flexible and able to multi-task
• Be able to prioritize and follow through on assigned tasks or projects
• Be able to remain cool under pressure
• Not be opposed to “roll their up sleeves” to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Be the ultimate team player

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Extensive phone work that will include troubleshooting, explaining how the system works, technical support and answering a variety of questions
• Duties to be carried out with customers in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Gathering information and create spreadsheets, documents, lists, etc.
• Assist in the overall positive experience for the Customer
