Camelback Spring Training LLC, the manager and operator of Camelback Ranch-Glendale, Spring Training home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox, is now accepting applications/resumes for the following position:
Title: Corporate Partnerships Representative
Status: November 2020 through April 1, 2021
With a primary focus on renewing existing accounts and selling new corporate sponsorship inventory within the local Phoenix market, the Corporate Partnerships Representative is a seasonal position which will identify and develop new business opportunities through the sale of print media and in-stadium promotional inventory. The Corporate Partnerships Representative will also be responsible for preparing written and in-person presentations and for contractual execution and management of their accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage the collection and delivery of all sponsor copy, artwork, etc. for fulfillment.
• Within the local market, prospect and solicit new business opportunities.
• Daily responsibilities include making a minimum number of cold calls and conducting face to face meetings on and off-site.
• Develop sales proposals to include print media, in-stadium promotions and signage.
• Work with appropriate staff to insure successful sponsorship activations.
• Provide weekly sales reports, updates and call data.
• Assist with game day sponsor initiatives, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work from November 2020 through April 1, 2021, including Spring Training games and weekends as well as additional events as required.
• 2-3 years of media or sponsorship sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
• Knowledge of the game of baseball preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices for corporate sponsorship activation.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into actionable items.
• Ability to develop effective and collaborative working relationships.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
